Mary­land at the age of 77 on Jan­uary 8th, 2019.

Harold grad­u­ated from Bladens­burg High School in Bladens­burg, Mary­land, re­ceived for­mal ed­u­ca­tion at the Uni­ver­sity of Mary­land and con­tin­ued his stud­ies at Gran­tham Elec­tron­ics School, ob­tain­ing a de­gree in Elec­tri­cal En­gi­neer­ing.

Harold was an avid sports fan, ded­i­cat­ing time to the Lan­ham Boys and Girls Clubs as well as the Eleanor Roo­sevelt High School Foot­ball team and Girls Soft­ball team in Green­belt, Mary­land.

He is sur­vived by his lov­ing wife of 54 years, Olivia (Libby), his sons Richard (Jamie Cun­ning­ham Sa­pa­nara), Sandy (Paula), Daniel (Michelle), An­drew (An­drea), his daugh­ter Am­ber and his step­son Stephen Mat­tingly. Harold will also be fondly re­mem­bered by his 9 grand­chil­dren, one great-grand­child, his sis­ter Betsy (Charles) Chre­itzberg, his nieces, neph­ews and ex­tended fam­ily and dear friends. He is pre­de­ceased by his par­ents Er­tle and Kather­ine (To­lar) Wil­liamson and his sis­ter Joanne Parker.

A cel­e­bra­tion of Harold’s life will be held at 2pm on Satur­day, Jan­uary 19th at the Last­ing Trib­utes Fu­neral Home on Best­gate Road in Annapolis, Mary­land. Im­me­di­ately fol­low­ing the ser­vice, there will be a re­cep­tion un­til 5pm.

In lieu of flow­ers, the fam­ily is re­quest­ing do­na­tions in Harold’s name be made to Hospice of the Ch­e­sa­peake Foun­da­tion, 90 Ritchie High­way, Pasadena, MD 21122.
