The Capital does not publish letters that are libelous, in bad taste or part of an organized letter-writing campaign. We ask writers to limit themselves to one letter a month, of no more than 250 words. Include an address and daytime phone number, so that letters can be verified. Additional letters can be found at capitalgazette.com. All letters are subject to editing for length and clarity.
