Here’s a roundup of high school varsity action from Wednesday.

Boys basketball

Indian Creek 56, Friends 38: The host Eagles (12-13, 3-9 Maryland Interschol­astic Athletic Associatio­n B Conference) beat the Quakers (10-8, 6-3). Indian Creek was led by Aiden Evans with 17 points and 10 rebounds, Will Frost with 13 points and Kyndall Crawford with seven points and nine rebounds.

Severn 55, Archbishop Curley 49: Jacob Randall scored 17 points and Mason Ervin and Kingston Price each had 11 points to lead the host Admirals (11-5, 8-4 MIAA B Conference) over the Friars (10-12, 7-5).

Kamren Hayes had 11 points and Kemori Collins had 10 points for Curley.

Girls basketball

St. Mary’s 46, Concordia Prep 39: The unbeaten Saints earned sole possession of the IAAM B Conference in their 19th win. Bailey Harris led her crew with 18 points, followed by Alexandra Vandiver with Baily Walden with 10 apiece. Maya Morahan held things down on the defensive end for St. Mary’s.

Wrestling

Chesapeake 60, North County 15: Michael Greenstree­t (120), Dylan Ritter (126), Owen Collins (132), Dawson Hoover (138), Keanu Furbush (182), Xander Dodd (195) and

Delmar White (285) all collected pins for the Cougars, while Braydon Ambrose (106) added six points via forfeit. Brayden Roberts (113) claimed a major decision, 10-1, while Gavin Lewis took a decision 10-1 at 170 and Ty Schwartz did the same, 3-1, at 220.

Crofton 39, Old Mill 36: The Cardinals turned the tides in the heavier weights as Nick Eremita and Paeton Norsworthy earned pins in the 182 and 195, respective­ly.

Swimming

Key 48, St. Mary’s 46/St. Mary’s 54, Beth

Joe Hayburn collected victories in Tfloh 40: the 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly for the Saints. Jack Drucis claimed silver in the 200 IM and 100 breaststro­ke while Ethan Lowe placed third in the 500 freestyle.
