44, of 17 Hummingbird Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 19 for criminal attempt to manufacture Schedule II drugs – methamphetamine and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Askia Quame Witherow,

34, of 8221 Old Cleveland Park, Ooltewah, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 19 for false imprisonment and simple battery under the family violence act. Witherow was released on $3,000 bond.
