Sheriff’s Department Crime Stoppers: ATV, tools stolen

Between Wednesday, April 8, and Tuesday, April 21, a theft occurred in the 1600 block of Dietz Road in Ringgold, in which an ATV and several tools were stolen.

The victim told police someone took a Kawasaki Teryx ATV from the property between the listed dates.

The victim later discovered that several other items had been taken from the shop behind the residence.

Three chainsaws and a Honda generator were also stolen during the incident.

Additional items were sitting on a nearby four-wheeler as if the culprit might be coming back for them.

Between 11:30 p.m. on April 20, and 12:10 a.m. on April 21, a residential burglary occurred on Oklawaha Road in Rossville, in which nearly $900 worth of goods was stolen.

Two Playstation game consoles, multiple Playstation games, a Vizio tablet, and multiple tools were taken during the incident, in addition several prescription medications.

Both the victim and his girlfriend agreed that there was no forced entry into the home, but did define the back door as the probably point of entry.
