No. 8 Texas Tech 68, Texas 62: Matt Mooney scored 22 points to lead the Red Raiders (15-1, 4-0 Big 12) past the Longhorns (10-6, 2-2) in their first win in Austin since 1996 – the teams’ fi­nal sea­son in the South­west Con­fer­ence.

No. 11 Auburn 93, Ge­or­gia 78: Jared Harper had 22 points and seven as­sists to help the Tigers (12-3, 1-1 SEC) hold off the vis­it­ing Bull­dogs (9-6, 1-2).

Iowa 72, No. 16 Ohio St. 62: Luka Garza scored 16 points, Tyler Cook had 15 points with eight re­bounds and the Hawkeyes (14-3, 3-3 Big Ten) rolled past Mi­ami 76, Wake For­est 65: Chris Lykes scored 25 points, in­clud­ing 12 free throws in the fi­nal 5 min­utes, and the Hur­ri­canes (9-7, 1-3) earned their first ACC win by beat­ing the De­mon Dea­cons ( 7-8, 0-3) in Coral Gables, Fla. Chaun­dee Brown led Wake with 22 points. Texas St. 70, Ap­palachian St. 69: Tre Not­ting­ham and Ni­jal Pear­son scored 16 points apiece, and the Bob­cats (14-3, 3-1 Sun Belt) held off the host Moun­taineers (5-12, 0-4). Isaac John­son had 16 points and 12 re­bounds to lead App State.
