Internet cafe bill to return soon

State lawmakers plan to quickly revive a bill that would essentially eliminate Internet cafes or sweepstakes parlors operating in Ohio. Sponsor Rep. Matt Huffman, R-Lima, hopes it will move without much delay. what might be called the dog days of its Big Ten schedule. With games against conference lesser-lights on tap, the Buckeyes may have to work harder to keep their concentration.
