Each year, thousands of nature lovers flock to Magee Marsh Wildlife Area on the southern shore of Lake Erie to witness North American warblers and large songbird concentrations migrate north.
Other nearby birding sites include Ottawa National Wildlife Reserve and Metzger Marsh, adjacent to Magee Marsh, and Maumee Bay State Park, about 15 minutes away.
