COLUMBUS — Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has recalled many of its beers packaged in 12-ounce bottles that were produced at its North Carolina brewery.

The recall is due to a defect that could cause a small piece of glass to dislodge, creating loss of carbonation. The piece of glass could also fall into the bottle. Sierra Nevada beer subject to the recall in Ohio was produced between Dec. 5 and Jan. 8, or on Jan. 13 depending upon the style.

The following styles are affected: Pale Ale, Torpedo Extra, Tropical Torpedo, Sidecar Orange Pale Ale, Beer Camp Golden IPA, Otra Vez, Nooner, Hop Hunter IPA. has been named CEO of Atlantabased Honey Baked Ham Co.

“We have been pursuing Linda for months,” said Paul Roth, Honey Baked chairman and interim CEO, in a statement. “She is a well-respected and visionary CEO with a proven track record of developing strong teams and delivering results.”

Until resigning from Lane Bryant on Jan. 18, Heasley oversaw not only that plussized retail brand but other plus-sized retailers owned by Ascena Retail Group, including Catherines and Cacique. Prior to joining Lane Bryant in 2013, Heasley was CEO of The Limited. She has also held executive positions with Timberland and CVS Caremark. advisory clients by billing them at rates higher than what they were promised.

Citigroup Global Markets imposed about $18 million in unauthorized fees after failing to confirm the accuracy of rates entered into its computer systems, the Securities and Exchange Commission said Thursday in a statement. The firm also misplaced contracts for 83,000 accounts opened from 1990 to 2012, the agency said.

“Without those missing advisory contracts, Citigroup could not properly validate whether the fee rates negotiated by clients when accounts were opened were the same advisory fee rates being billed to clients over the years,” the SEC said. “It is estimated that Citigroup received approximately $3.2 million in excess fees from advisory clients whose contracts were lost.”

Danielle Romero-Apsilos, a Citigroup spokeswoman, said the bank was “pleased to have this matter resolved.”
