Don’t punish all fraternities
The Nov. 22 letter “OSU finally pulled plug on frats” from Mary Reynolds was in favor of the suspension of all fraternities. I disagree. There are 37 fraternities at Ohio State and 11 or 12 were subject to complaints.
Why penalize the good guys? Using that logic, if I am driving a car with three passengers and I get a speeding ticket, then all of the riders in the car should get one. If the university wants to use this flawed logic, it should apply to all groups.
If a student-athlete violates team rules, then all athletes should be suspended until the situation is resolved.
