Author visit
What: Chuck and Beth Hewett will share insight into their book, "Wandering Ohio — A Buckeye Trail Thru-hike," and their 76-day journey hiking the 1,444-mile Buckeye trail around Ohio. Where: Shale Hollow Park, 6320 Artesian Run, Lewis Center

Story time
What: Staff members from the Delaware County District Library will read a short story. Children can then participate in an activity or craft, and a short nature walk will be offered. Where: Dear Haven Park, 4183 Liberty Road, Delaware

Wild Wednesdays
What: Learn about frogs, toads and salamanders and how naturalists take care of them.
