Brewdog will open its annual investors-meeting after-party to the public this year.

The meeting, called “Annual General Mayhem,” is as much a party as an informational session for shareholders, featuring free-flowing beer and live music. The party will keep rolling after the meeting ends at 2 p.m. Aug. 24 at the brewery and hotel on Gender Road in Canal Winchester.

Brewdog is charging shareholders, or “equity punks,” $10 for access to the party. General admission tickets cost $30. Tickets are available on Universe.com. Parking information is listed on that site.

A variety of bands will perform, including the headliner, indie rock band Manchester Orchestra.

People can buy a stake in the company for $50. That affords them perks that includes the annual gathering, which features an update from the owners.

Brewdog is based in Scotland but has several locations in central Ohio, including taprooms in the Short North and Franklinton.
