Jack V. Frasure, age 90, passed away at home on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was born in Columbus, OH on November 21, 1930, son of the late Vergil A. and Harriet E. (Gaulke) Frasure. Jack married Ruth Delsemme, the love of his life of 60 years, on January 14, 1951. He owned and operated Jack’s Hair

Design Center in German Village for 69 years. He was a special part of the community styling multiple generation­s of ladies’ hair. Jack attended Madison Christian Church where he enjoyed the fellowship up to his final days. He enjoyed challenge level square dancing and shared nutrition with anyone who would listen. Demonstrat­ing how ineffectiv­e traditiona­l medicines are, at 90 years young he was still lifting a 40lb dumbbell 30 times a day. He was so proud of his guns! Jack is survived by three sons, Jeff J. Frasure, Greg J. Frasure, and James J. (Cynthia Link) Frasure; grandchild­ren, Christine Braden, Stephen, Brittney, Madison Frasure and their mother, Lisa A. Frasure; great-grandchild­ren, Daniel and Noah Braden and Elizabeth, Anthony, Christophe­r, and Emily Masino; brother, Jerome (Darlene) Meinert and Dorothy “Dot” Nesser, the love of his life. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Schoedinge­r East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43232, where funeral services will be at 1pm Monday, April 19, 2021. Pastor Paul Barnes officiatin­g.
