With the crush of news once again about COVID-19 and its delta variant, we thought it might be time to revisit some of the more basic questions about caring for yourself that surfaced way back when the pandemic started (Remember those days, seemingly a billion years ago?)

The Dispatch asked Dr. Joseph Gastaldo, medical director of infectious diseases at Ohiohealth, to help. Here’s some of what we talked about.
