Sharon Patricia Stimpfle,
Born Wednesday, Aug 31, 1949, Died Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Sharon was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved animals of all types. It was a running joke that she loved her dogs more than Tami and me. We find comfort in the fact that her pack was waiting on her when she got to heaven. Hutch, Starsky, Dee, Angel, Witchee, Rasberry, Twister, Token, Joy, Charger and her favorite, Sebastian, were surely there with Nana and Pa Mac to greet her with open arms and lots of puppy kisses. I’m sure her horses Amy and Jo were there as well. Tami and I believe Mom is enjoying a ride with Amy in a beautiful field right now. She loved working at Columbus All Breed Training club and loved teaching the puppy classes. She is survived by many friends there, friends that she would call family. Sharon was preceded in death by her mother Joyce Mccoy, her father Major Merle Mccoy and her brother John Smith. She is survived by son, Anthony Painter (Lillian); and daughter, Tami Stimpfle (Tommy); and grandchildren, Ryan Stimpfle (Megan), Darian Harness (Cortney), Yvonne Laxton (Bobby), Mackenzie Haas (Jack),
Shaheed Husien (Kara) and Nico Painter; along with many great grandchildren; brothers, Russell Smith (Glinda), Robert Redmond (Maria), Michael Mccoy,
Patrick Mccoy (Julie); and sisters, Chris Mccoy and Liz Schraeder. She is also survived by Roger Stimpfle, her husband of 49 years. There will be no services at this time. The family is planning to have a celebration of life in the future. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Doberman Underground. Mom worked with this organization on many occasions to find forever homes for wayward Dobes that needed one. (I have one! Bella Boo loves her Grandma Sharon!)
