Abuse hurled at Ohio State medical students at Statehouse was shameful

-

The disrespect, cruel taunts, ridicule and screaming directed toward Ohio State University medical students at the House Bill 248 committee hearing regarding COVID-19 vaccinations, by the hundreds of protesters, along with the insulting remark from the critical care doctor, are an abomination.

Dispatch “Capitol Insider” columnist Darrel Rowland wrote of the “fear, shock and frustration” of the students as they withstood the insane assault on them.

These young professionals have worked tirelessly to achieve their places in medical school and for them, or anyone, to be treated in this manner is disgusting and our Ohio Legislature needs to speak out against this insane vocal violence. (They also need to wise up about science.)

Those same upcoming doctors could be in a position in the future to care for one of these abusive attackers or their loved ones.

I guarantee that these same shameful mockers will have a miraculous epiphany and recognize the importance of properly administered medicine and its practitioners in their lives. The internet, Fox News, vaccineand mask-mandate deniers in government, conspiracy theorists and their know-it-all brother's third cousin by marriage will prove impotent in directing the appropriate health intervention.
