1949 - 2021

Jane Harrison Green, 71, passed away peacefully August 29, 2021 at home. Born November 20, 1949 in Portsmouth Virginia, she was a long-time resident of Delaware, Ohio. She graduated from Olentangy High School in 1967, and Otterbein University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Arts. She worked for Huntington Bank for many years and retired as a Vice President. She took retirement for a couple of years but accepted another position working for the Columbus Metro Credit Union. She loved spending her extra time with friends, gardening, golfing, reading and spending time with her granddaughter, Sophia Green and her surviving son, Eric Green. Jane was a beloved mother and sister and was always looked to for advice when needed. She’ll be greatly missed by numerous friends and family. Jane is preceded in death by parents Barbara and Warren Harrison. She is survived by her son, R.

Eric Green; granddaughter, Sophia Green; and siblings, Diane (Michael) Kuhn, Warren Gary (Mary) Harrison, Christopher Harrison, Timothy Harrison; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial to honor Jane will be held at Snyder Funeral Home in Delaware, Ohio on September 8, 2021 from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to one of Jane’s favorite charities, “The Arts Castle”, 190 W. Winter St., Delaware, Ohio 43015.
