Offense Defense
A good day could have been a great one, but quarterback C.J. Stroud missed several open receivers in the first half and threw a bad interception. Talent won over, as Stroud settled down and found those open guys. He threw for 294 yards and four touchdowns, but it was, at best, a learning experience that included no tough, tight-window throws. Miyan Williams showed why top-secret reports out of camp had him ahead of Master Teague, and Treveyon Henderson’s performance could mean we won’t be seeing as much of Teague in the future.
