Mehallis, Kiki T.

Kiki T. Mehallis, 88, died Saturday, August 28, 2021, at her home in St.

Clairsville, Ohio. She was a retired treasurer of Ohio

Schools. She was born

January 24, 1933 in Columbus,

OH a daughter of the late Anastasia Fotis Tertegas

and James Tertegas.

She was a past member of the Ohio School Business

Officials and had served as

Treasurer of the Belmont

County Board of Education,

Union Local School District and Bellaire City Schools.

She was a Board member of the Health Plan of the

Upper Ohio Valley, Inc. and had served as a Chairman of the Board from 1996 through 1998. She was a member of the Martins Ferry

Greek Orthodox Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Helen Leonard in 1993. Surviving are her husband, Emanuel Mehallis,

sons, Gus (Pamela)

Mehallis and Jim (Debbie)

Mehallis; grandchildren,

Michael, Matthew, Megan,

Alexandra, James Jr.; and two great-granddaughters,

Mia and Madison, all of

Aurora, Ohio. There will be no visitation; however, family and friends will be received to celebrate the life of Kiki T. Mehallis at
