James Edward “Jim” Mckay, 58, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 2, 2021. Jim was born May 20, 1963 in San Diego, California to James and Barbara (Goodman) Mckay and raised by his mother and stepfather, Lance Watt. He loved working on cars, spending time with friends at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and family. James worked as a master upholsterer, a mechanic, and finally as a Commercial Manager at Autozone until he no longer could. He marveled at thunderstorms and had fun painting and reviving cars. James will be deeply missed by his wife, Sheree of 28 years; beloved stepchildren he raised as his own, Adam (Lisa) Vogel, and Bridget (Mike) Cogley; grandchildren, Grant Vogel, Dominic Cogley, and Evan Vogel; and brother, Michael Watt.
