1942 - 2021

Marlene Ann Broseman, 78, passed away on September 2, 2021. Marlene is preceded in passing by her husband of (53) years, Keith, her son John Joseph, her granddaughter Shannon Marlene, her parents Robert and Dorothy Decker, her sisters-in-law Linda Anne and Dianne Decker. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Robert (Rosa) Broseman and Patricia (Daniel) Murray; her grandchildren, Kendall, William, Jack, Kayla, Sean; her brother, Gary Decker; sister, Linda (Paul) Mckay; sister, Denise Decker (Peter Sadowski); and many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends. Marlene had interests in a variety of activities, including a breakfast, lunch and cooking club to develop her passion for food. She traveled the world to experience cultures outside of her own. She was an avid member of her church and volunteered every chance she could. Her true passion lied in her family; most of her days were spent caring for her family consisting of friends, relatives, and anyone in need of a family. Marlene will always be remembered for her love and service to those around her. Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 6-8pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230. Service will take place the following morning at St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church, 807 Havens Corners Road, Gahanna, 43230, beginning at 10am. In lieu of flowers,
