CB Burke has promising debut as surprise starter

From the time Denzel Burke arrived at Ohio State in January, he didn't carry himself like a typical freshman.

The cornerback earned respect during spring practice for the way he competed. During the limited portions of practice open to reporters in training camp, Burke was often singled out for praise. His strong play continued in the intrasquad scrimmages during training camp.
