- Bethany Bruner

Authorities say a man wanted on federal charges connected to three homicides — including the deaths of a man and woman whose dismembered remains were found inside a Sullivant Avenue home earlier this year — is now believed to be traveling with a woman.

Kyle Castle, 29, of the South Side, is being sought by federal authorities on charges of murder, robbery and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.

Castle is now believed to be in the company of 30-year-old Heather Ellis, also of the South Side. Ellis also currently has outstanding warrants for multiple misdemeanor offenses, as well as two low-level felony theft charges dating back to 2019.

The couple were last seen in the Columbus area driving a tan-colored

SUV.

Castle is charged in connection with the deaths of 48-year-old Tera Pennington, of the South Side, and Henry Watson, 52, of the West Side, who were reported missing in August 2018. Pennington and Watson's dismembered remains were found in January, encased in concrete in the basement of a home on the 2300 block of Sullivant Avenue.

Castle is also charged in connection with the June 2018 death of Connor Reynolds, a 23-year-old Grove City resident. Reynolds was killed during an armed robbery of another individual at a residence where Reynolds was staying and had nothing to do with him, according to court records.

Pennington and Watson were then killed to help cover up Reynolds' homicide, records state.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call the Department of Homeland Security's tipline at 1-866-DHS-2423.
