Turner, Sally

1942 - 2021

Sally (Lefebure) Turner, age 78, of Westerville, passed away on September 10, 2021 at home. Born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Firmin and Lois Lefebure on September 26, 1942. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School. She married Charles Turner on April 8, 1967. Sally worked for the Ohio Farm Bureau for twenty six years. Sally was an avid gardner and was involved with the Westerville Garden Club and volunteered at Inniswood Metro Gardens. Sally also enjoyed sewing and playing euchre with friends in several card clubs. And while Sally would definitely prefer beer over wine, she will greatly miss “the wine group”. Preceded in death by her parents and her brother Owen Lefebure. Survived by her husband, Chuck Turner; son, Troy Turner; and daughter, Jill (Doug) Hotchkiss; grandchildren, Hayley, Hannah and Grant Hotchkiss, Brenton and Damon Turner; sisters, June Welsch and Nancy Savoy.
