Shirley Carsey, age 81, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 in Powell, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul “Pete” Carsey Sr., son Gary and daughter Kay Carsey. Survived by her daughter, Cindy Thacker; and sons, Paul Carsey Jr. and Glenn Carsey; along with many other loved family members.
