Ray was born on November 5, 1927 in Ringgold, Ohio to the late Addison and Ada (Latta) Van Horn. The three most important values of Ray’s life were God, Country, and Family. Hill, son-in-law Mike Coffey, sister and brother-in-law Jean (Bob) Coey, brothersin-law Jim Boso and George Eing and sister-in-law Sue Van Horn.
