Project cost: Estimated at $12 million.

Area: About 41 acres, 20 owned by the Heath-newark-licking County Port Authority and 21 owned by Duncan Plains Limited.

Corporate office building: 50,100 square feet; includes 33,850 square foot two-story office wing and a 16,250 square foot,one-story training wing.

Fleet vehicle repair, maintenanc­e building: 32,400 square feet, includes one-story high bay space and six vehicle repair bays.

Parking: 236 vehicle spaces, including 201 at the corporate office/training center and 35 at the maintenanc­e building.

Employees: Estimated 55 employees and annual payroll of $7.9 million. Hiring to begin in 2022 and finish in 2036.

CRA tax abatement: Proposed agreement of 100% for 15 years, with annual payments to the village of Johnstown in the amount of $85,000 for 10 years and $120,000 for five years. Johnstown-monroe School District receives at least 50% of tax money it would have received from the new developmen­t if it had not been exempted.
