Will dismissed OSU LB Pope forever be defined by mistake?

K'vaughan Pope, an Ohio State senior linebacker who walked off the field in the middle of a game against Akron Saturday night, was dismissed from the team by coach Ryan Day on Sunday. Pope tweeted an apology that sounded like it was rubberstam­ped by a PR firm.

Maurice Clarett quoted Pope's tweet and added his own thoughts: “I'm rooting for this guy. (Stuff) happens. (Ryan Day) I hope you give him another chance. Being derailed when you're young can alter your future. Young guys need support when they (mess) up! Keep your head up @VONPO4.”
