h Peter Hoffman: The former owner and chef of the Savoy, the New York City restaurant that pioneered farmto-table dining, is the author of “What’s Good? A Memoir in Fourteen Ingredients.” He will appear in conversation with Amy Bodiker Baskes, founding director of Chefs Collaborative and former manager of Produce Perks Columbus, during a free, in-person event at 7 p.m. Oct. 4, at Gramercy Books, 2424 E.
