A Memoir in Fourteen Ingredient­s.” He will appear in conversati­on with Amy Bodiker Baskes, founding director of Chefs Collaborat­ive and former manager of Produce Perks Columbus, during a free, in-person event at 7 p.m. Oct. 4, at Gramercy Books, 2424 E.
