Four-year-old girl killed in crash in North Linden

A 4-year-old girl, who was not in a child seat, was killed and two adults seriously injured in a crash early Wednesday morning in North Linden, Columbus police report.

According to a traffic report, the crash occurred around 2:10 a.m. near the intersecti­on of Arlington Avenue and Cleveland Avenue, pol.

A 2008 Ford Explorer was traveling north on Cleveland at what witnesses told police was a high rate of speed when the SUV went off the right side of the road. The SUV struck two utility poles before coming to a stop on the sidewalk.

The driver, 26-year-old Kristiana Kuhn, of the Northeast Side, was taken to Ohiohealth Riverside Methodist

Hospital in critical condition. The front seat passenger in the vehicle, 27-yearold Jaime Jones, of Obetz, was taken to Ohiohealth Grant Medical Center in stable condition.

Azaria Moss, age 4, who has a listed address at the same home as Kuhn, was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital in critical condition. She died at 2:47 a.m., according to police.

Columbus police said Moss was not in a child seat at the time of the crash, and it was not clear where in the vehicle she was sitting.

The crash report indicates Jones was wearing a seat belt, but it was not known if Kuhn was using any restraint at the time of the crash.
