Shook and Francis Reder. He was also lovingly cared for by his aunt, Martha Tomczak. Tom graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1959 and continued his education at Bay City Community College for business. Tom is survived by the love of his life of 58 years, Judith Ann Shook. He is also survived by his children, daughter, Susan (John) Murphy; son, John (Susan) Shook; and daughter, Katherine (John) Knudsen. Tom loved all his grandchildren, Katelyn (Murphy) Potts, Megan (Murphy) Kauffman, Evan, Connor, and Aiden Shook, and Kelsey and Jack Knudsen. Tom managed the Schiller-walker Wholesale business for 40 years and another 10 years at Topicz
Wholesale. He was on
the RJR Nabisco Advisory board and an Elks member for 20 years. Tom enjoyed
watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, golfing, hunting, fishing, bowling, and baseball, where he pitched his way to becoming inducted
into the little league hall of
fame. There will be a family
Mass and a celebration of life at a later date, as
Tom’s wishes were to be
donated to OSU. In lieu of
flowers, donations may be
