The details: The Circleville Pumpkin Show will take place in downtown Circleville. A preview will be held from from 5 to 10 p.m. Oct.19, and the show will run from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Oct. 20 to 23. Admission is free. Ride wristbands cost $20 a person each day up through Oct. 18 and $25 after that.

Parking: Some parking is available, at varied prices, at private lots near downtown Circleville, but guests are recommended to use two shuttle services.

Shuttle No. 1, operated by Amvets and Ross County Transportation. Park and leave from Amvets, 818 Tarlton Road, Circleville. Shuttles run every half-hour from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday; $2 per person for roundtrip service, free for Amvets members and auxiliary members.

Shuttles run every half-hour from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, from noon to 10 p.m. Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; $5 for carload to park and for roundtrip shuttle.
