Paul D. Kochanowski. Born in Toledo, Ohio January 9, 1943, son of the late Paul F Kochanowski and Helen I Tomasek, proud of his Polish and Hungarian heritage, Paul Kochanowski passed away unexpectedly on October 10, 2021 in Columbus and will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery, Toledo. Paul graduated from St. Francis de Sales High School in Toledo and John Carroll University. After getting his M.A. from Ohio State in English, Paul obtained a Doctorate in Psychology from Wright State University in 1985 and worked as a counselor for the Veteran’s Administration until retirement. Paul leaves his cousins and a wide circle of friends who will miss his quirky humor, his hearty laugh, his keen intelligence, his wide-ranging intellectual curiosity, and the social grace he brought to every party. A gathering to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.
