Ruth Elizebeth (Bane)

Allen was born on May 16, 1930 in Bluefield, WV to

Wade and Virginia (Perry)

Bane. She was an extraordin­ary, God fearing woman who gained her angel wings on November 18, 2021, in

Columbus, OH after a four year long battle with Alzheimer’s disease, which didn’t stop her charismati­c, loving was an active member of her church, Everlastin­g

Baptist Church, where she was the mother of the the church. She loved to sing in her churches choir. Ruth also enjoyed playing the piano, bowling, and family time. She loved to find any reason to host a family function, which allowed her to host her home and cook up a big meal. Ruth Elizabeth

Bane “Tiny” as she was affectiona­tely called by her husband, William “Bill” Allen Jr., whom she shared many loving years together. Their marriage was a testament to their vows, together forever, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, until only death could part them.

They had an extraordin­ary life where they lived in

Cleveland, Ohio, but loved to travel very much. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband William “Bill”

Allen Jr., parents Wade and

Virginia (Perry) Bane, brothers Archie, Juss, Sydney,

Virgil and Lee Bane. Ruth is survived by her niece,

Gloria Sams; nephew,

Buddy Boy, Barry Bane; and a host of great and great great nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed as she was a great God fearing wife, aunt, and sister. Celebratio­n of Life 10AM Monday, November 29, 2021 in the chapel of
