Here are some the oldest schools in some of the other Greater Columbus school districts, per local school officials.

Bexley

h Montrose Elementary School – opened in 1921 and last renovated in 1992.

Dublin

h The 1919 (school) building opened in 1919 and is now part of Sells Middle

School. It was renovated around 2006.

Gahanna Jefferson

h Gahanna Lincoln High School – opened in 1928. The district is in the process of planning and designing a new Lincoln High School that will go up behind the current high school.

Grandview Heights

h Grandview Heights High School – opened in 1923. The interior is being renovated, and the auditorium and gymnasium are receiving upgrades.

Groveport Madison

h Groveport Elementary School – opened in 1923.

Hilliard

h Hilliard Station Sixth Grade School – opened in 1956 and was last renovated in 2000.

Olentangy

h Shanahan Middle School) – opened in 1953.

South-western

h Harmon Elementary School and Prairie Norton Elementary School – both opened in 1950.

Upper Arlington

h Jones Middle School – opened in 1923. It was the district’s high school for many years and was last renovated and expanded in 1997.

Worthingto­n

h Linworth Experienti­al Program – opened in 1918.
