Blueberry pot products recalled by state
The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program has issued a mandatory product recall on plant material products sold to Ohio dispensaries by cultivator Galenas LLC used to make Blueberry Cookies Flower and Blueberry Cookies Shake.
The state says it has received reports from dispensaries of other material, possibly plastic, within the packaging. The Medical Marijuana Control Project is investigating and will issue a summary at the conclusion.
There have been no reports of anyone harmed by these products. The plant material subject to this recall previously passed all required testing.
Patients who have purchased the recalled product should stop using it, and the unused product should be returned to the dispensary where it was bought.
Returned products will not count toward a patient’s 90-day possession limit. For more information on returns, contact the dispensary where the product was purchased.
