Pat Carter died peacefully and surrounded by family at his home in Dublin, Ohio on December 6, 2021. He was 72. A kind and generous man, Pat was a loving husband, a dedicated father and a loyal friend. He owned and operated Milano Florist for nearly

50 years where his floral designs brought color and happiness to many. Pat was a faithful and long-time parishioner of St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Ann, James and his step-father Richard. Pat is survived by his wife, Toni; sons, Neal and Blake; brother, Paul (Martha) Carter; and sister, Michel (Nick) Herndon; as well as, many beloved in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
