Harry Jump of Stewart Iron Works welds the seams of a bright yellow tree-like metal sculpture at the corner of Parsons Avenue and South Lane. The structure is across from a Nationwide Children’s Hospital parking garage on the Near East Side of Columbus. The project should take another week or so to complete.
