GROVE CITY - Marsha Diane Edwards, age 68, passed away September 29, 2022 surrounded by family and friends at her home in Grove City. Born on October 15, 1953, and raised in Marion, Ohio, Marsha worked for more than 40 years as a radiologic­al technician. In 2018, she retired to fight a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer and spend quality time with her family and cats. She is preceded in death by her parents Joanne Gartner and William Cowgill. Marsha inspired many with her strength, resilience, and uncanny ability to never complain but to see the good regardless of the situation. Affectiona­tely known as “Gaga” to her grandkids, she will be remembered for her loving personalit­y. She carried her laugh, smile, and sense of humor through to her last days and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband of 28 years, Michael Edwards, she is survived by her children Jennifer (Adam) Huddle, Tom (Emily) Herbst, Robby (Brittany) Herbst, Jennifer Edwards (Kit Perkins), and Stephanie (Jeremy) Stevens; grandchild­ren Ava and Chase Huddle, and Lincoln and Henry Herbst; siblings Kathy (Doug) Seckel, and Jeff (Mara) Cowgill; and beloved friends and extended family. The family would like to extend their gratitude to The James Cancer Hospital, Dr. Aslam Ejaz, and Dr. Anne Noonan for their ongoing care and support. A visitation for Marsha will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at SCHOEDINGE­R WORTHINGTO­N, 6699 North High Street, Worthingto­n, Ohio 43085, followed by a memorial service at 6:40 PM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund (Fund: 301352) at The James on her behalf and honor her memory by living each day with love, kindness, and a sense of humor.
