As of this weekend, you can watch “Batman vs. Superman” on any of about 8 million screens, or you can revisit Lawler vs. Kaufman, Sputnik vs. Wicks, Fargo vs. Hart and other legendary professional-wrestling rivalries in the documentary “Memphis Heat: The True Story of Memphis Wrasslin,’” which returns for one week only to the Malco Ridgeway Cinema Grill in recognition of the documentary’s fifth anniversary.
