The Baba-quito is Babalu's unique spin on a Puerto Rican coquito cocktail.
The coconut-based cocktail is similar to eggnog, but made with rum and fresh lime juice. Babalu adds a splash of club soda to give the drink a lighter, more effervescent flair.
