Oxford Film Festival, March 23-April 3

With a mix of in-person screenings through March 27 at the Malco Oxford Commons Cinema and “virtual cinema” screenings continuing through April 3, Mississipp­i’s most prestigiou­s filmfest this year has booked 118 new films of all types (drama, documentar­ies, experiment­al films, animated films) representi­ng 18 countries. Screening at 8 p.m. March 26 will be “A Love Song,” starring Dale Dickey (“Winter’s Bone”).
