Love your job and your employer? It’s time to let your voice be heard as The Commercial Appeal introduces a survey of Greater Memphis’ best workplaces.

Any organizati­on — public, private, nonprofit — with at least 35 employees is eligible to participat­e in The Commercial Appeal Top Workplaces 2013.

The newspaper, partnering with the research firm Workplace Dynamics, will determine the area’s best workplaces based on surveys of employees. The results wil l be publ i s hed at commercial­appeal. com and in a special print section on Dec. 8. Here’s how it works:

Any company with at least 35 employees in Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties in Tennessee; Benton, DeSoto, Tunica, Tate and Marshall counties in Mississipp­i; and Crittenden County, Ark., is eligible to participat­e.

The nomination deadline is July 26. Nomination­s can be made at http:// www.topworkpla­ces.com/ frontend. php/regionalli­st/nominate/start/memphis or at 901-726-3595.

Workplaces a re judged based on employees’ responses to a 22-question survey.

“My wife always tells folks that she is extremely jealous of how much I love working at The Commercial Appeal,” said publisher George Cogswell. “She says I skip to work every day. I often wonder if there are other people around Memphis that feel the same way about where they work?”

So, what are you waiting for? Bragging rights are on the line.
