CA survey to ID top employers
Love your job and your employer? It’s time to let your voice be heard as The Commercial Appeal introduces a survey of Greater Memphis’ best workplaces.
Any organization — public, private, nonprofit — with at least 35 employees is eligible to participate in The Commercial Appeal Top Workplaces 2013.
The newspaper, partnering with the research firm Workplace Dynamics, will determine the area’s best workplaces based on surveys of employees. The results wil l be publ i s hed at commercialappeal. com and in a special print section on Dec. 8. Here’s how it works:
Any company with at least 35 employees in Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties in Tennessee; Benton, DeSoto, Tunica, Tate and Marshall counties in Mississippi; and Crittenden County, Ark., is eligible to participate.
The nomination deadline is July 26. Nominations can be made at http:// www.topworkplaces.com/ frontend. php/regionallist/nominate/start/memphis or at 901-726-3595.
Workplaces a re judged based on employees’ responses to a 22-question survey.
“My wife always tells folks that she is extremely jealous of how much I love working at The Commercial Appeal,” said publisher George Cogswell. “She says I skip to work every day. I often wonder if there are other people around Memphis that feel the same way about where they work?”
So, what are you waiting for? Bragging rights are on the line.
