Woman dies after being shot in back

A woman has died after she showed up at the Downtown Domino’s Pizza with a bullet in her back Wednesday, police said.

The incident happened about 3:30 a.m., when the woman pulled into the Domino’s at Union and Marshall, across from Sun Studios. She began blowing her horn until an employee came outside, police said. She was taken to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis, but later died. No one was in custody, police said.
