Woman charged in pair of shootings

Memphis police have charged a woman in a homicide early Saturday.

Pamela Green, 30, has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jerry Nelson, 66, and attempted first-degree murder in the shooting of Nelson’s 21-year-old nephew. Police said the incident happened just after 2:30 a.m. at 2341 Silver Cove. Officers found both men with gunshot wounds.
