Cool time on a hot day
Deangelius Welch, 38, of Memphis, is splashed with a bottle of water by her son, 7-year- old Patrick Steele Jr., at the W.C. Johnson Park in Collierville. Welch says, “I like to do fun things with the kids when I’m not working. I didn’t know I was going to get soaked.” Welch said she and her family visit the park at least two to three times a week.
