Two men already charged in a Collierville Walgreens holdup last year have been indicted on federal charges related to five other holdups carried out around the same time.

Ronnie Jackson, 29, and Christofer Broden, 25, were named in a 12-count indictment outlining federal robbery and gun charges accusing them of holdups at four Family Dollar Stores and two Walgreens stores in April and May of last year.

They were caught, along with co-defendants Sara Cox, 24, and Javon Frazier, 23, while trying to rob Walgreens on May 21, 2012, at 824 W. Poplar in Collierville. Two of the robbers forced 14 customers and five employees to the back of the store during the holdup, which was interrupted by police.

Two were arrested in the parking lot waiting in a getaway car and two others were captured when they tried to run from the store, police said.

Jackson and Broden now also are charged with armed holdups on April 10, 2012, at the Family Dollar Store at 7110 E. Shelby Drive in East Memphis; on April 15 at the Family Dollar Store at 8721 Dexter in Cordova; on April 24 at the Family Dollar Store at 7221 Stage Road near Bartlett; and at Walgreens at 9028 Walnut Grove in Cordova; and on April 29 at the Family Dollar Store at 6636 E. Shelby Drive in Hickory Hill.

All four defendants are charged in the Collierville holdup.
