Cardio Barre set for space in Square

Cardio Barre has signed a lease for a 2,310-squarefoot exercise studio i n Memphis’ Overton Square.

Cardio Barre is the t hird f it ness- focused tenant to come to the redeveloping Overton Square entertainment district, joining Breakaway Running and Delta Groove Yoga, said Aaron Petree, who represented the landlord, Loeb Properties.

Cardio Barre, which combines dance and light weights, will be on the second floor of the building at 2105 Madison. The franchisee is Allison Steward, a Memphian who studied dance at Loyola Marymount University. Alex Turley of CB Richard Ellis Memphis represented the tenant.

Cardio Barre includes 15 studios in California and Utah.
