He died of a gunshot wound. $1,500 offered: For tips leading to the ID and charging of a suspect(s) in the murder of Albert Spencer Jr. on Jan. 12, 2013, in the Bella Vista Apartments. He died of gunshots following an argument. Police believe he was an unintended victim.
