Federal District Judge Marion S. Boyd ruled yesterday that a recent decision by the United States Supreme Court ordering immediate desegregat­ion of Memphis parks does not apply to the desegregat­ion of the school system. The judge, who on May 24 upheld a gradual plan to integrate schools on a grade-a-year basis, also ruled that a revised student transfer provision submitted by the Memphis Board of Education meets all requiremen­ts of the high court. furnish lunches to passengers, has been given a two-year lease on the restaurant space in the new Administra­tion Building. She is to pay $75 a month rent.
