Federal District Judge Marion S. Boyd ruled yesterday that a recent decision by the United States Supreme Court ordering immediate desegregation of Memphis parks does not apply to the desegregation of the school system. The judge, who on May 24 upheld a gradual plan to integrate schools on a grade-a-year basis, also ruled that a revised student transfer provision submitted by the Memphis Board of Education meets all requirements of the high court. furnish lunches to passengers, has been given a two-year lease on the restaurant space in the new Administration Building.
